    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>The ITOM – Azure ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions with a strong focus on Azure cloud integrations. This role supports enterprise infrastructure visibility while ensuring scalable, compliant, and upgrade-safe solutions aligned with Vertex standards.</p>\n<h1>This role is anticipated to be a 3 month project, possibility to extend.</h1>\n<h1>Key Responsibilities</h1>\n<ul>\n <li><em><strong>Design and develop ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping</strong></em>.</li>\n <li><em><strong>Integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft Azure for cloud resource discovery, monitoring, and automation.</strong></em></li>\n <li>Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow APIs and Azure services.</li>\n <li>Configure MID Servers and ensure reliable connectivity for on-prem and cloud environments.</li>\n <li>Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of ITOM and Azure integrations.</li>\n <li>Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n <li>Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Minimum Qualifications</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development.</li>\n <li>Strong experience with ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft Azure (Azure Monitor, Azure APIs, ARM templates).</li>\n <li>Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.</li>\n <li>Experience with MID Server configuration and infrastructure integrations.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of cloud architecture and infrastructure management concepts.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>\n<p><strong>$75-$85/hr</strong></p>\n<h2>Requisition Disclaimer</h2>\n<p>This job posting is for a temporary role with a third-party agency partner on assignment at Vertex Pharmaceuticals (“Vertex”).
