Benefits begin the month following the hire date.</p><p><strong>Salary: </strong></p><p>The hourly wage for this position ranges from $22.00 - $27.00 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.</p><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>Responsible for planning and scheduling the Field Service Technicians for installations, repairs and maintenance work.&#xa0; In addition, this position will be expected to identify opportunities for additional leads and upselling a broad range of other service products.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain cases, workorders and workflow of the customers’ request of service.&#xa0;</li><li>Utilize the service management system to accurately input the customer’s information and equipment.</li><li>Schedule an appropriate time for service.</li><li>Send quotes, order confirmations and invoices to customers.</li><li>Continuously audit mature cases, work orders, bookings, NAV Report and posts.</li><li>Assist Regional Service Managers in emergency scheduling, monitor the closing out of open orders.</li><li>Contribute to operational excellence and continuous process improvements for the department.</li><li>Determine and communicate possible sales opportunities for additional products and services based on customer needs.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.</li><li>Assist the Service Administration Department with other related administrative activities in the department.</li></ul>",
