Description
The Loan Processor will be charged with processing consumer and non-consumer residential loans, commercial real estate and business loans. Applicant should have a solid working knowledge of CFPB TRID Regulatory guidelines and disclosures, familiar with ordering title commitments, residential and commercial appraisals, and UCC searches. The Applicant must have the ability to operate effectively in a team setting and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy. 2-3 years of experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
