Service Titan and Generac experience is a PLUS! Must have extensive customer service experience. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s In It For Me?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Average salary of 100k plus in first year</li>\n <li>Market Value Compensation</li>\n <li>Robust PTO Plan</li>\n <li>Health, Vision and Dental plans for you and your family to choose from</li>\n <li>401K Retirement Plan with company match </li>\n <li>Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability</li>\n <li>Special Program Options: FSA, EAP, Legal Services and Identity Theft</li>\n <li>Continuous Training for your Professional Development</li>\n <li>Working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What Will I Do?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems accurately and efficiently</li>\n <li>Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards</li>\n <li>Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean working area</li>\n <li>Educating and offering the customer appropriate upgrades that you can complete immediately or at scheduled time</li>\n <li>Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects</li>\n <li>Document work completed with before and after photos</li>\n <li>Demonstrate Safe working practices and methods</li>\n <li>Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I have What it Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 3-4 years residential electrical wiring, repair and troubleshooting all aspects of the Electrical System</li>\n <li>Journeyman level Electricians preferred </li>\n <li>Ability to read blueprints, run conduits, wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing, and troubleshooting</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new and existing setting</li>\n <li>Detail oriented with good time management skills</li>\n <li>Experience with Service Titan a plus!       </li>\n <li>Can lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights</li>\n <li>Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
