He / She will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure impactful and consistent messaging across all channels.</p>\n<p><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your main responsibilities will be:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Coordination (30%)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and monitor communication projects from start to finish.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Communication (30%)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Product Managers to align on product messaging.</li>\n<li>Support product launches through planning and execution.</li>\n<li>Draft and edit product-related marketing materials and promotional content.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Digital Communication (20%)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update the corporate website (CMS management).</li>\n<li>Contribute to social media management (LinkedIn).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Graphic Support (20%)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create or adapt visual assets using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">4 days a week at the office</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your profile:</span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years in marketing communication, ideally in a medical device or technology environment.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word and Teams).</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with CMS tools (WordPress).</li>\n<li>Strong interest in new technologies, such as AI.</li>\n<li>Full professional proficiency in English and French.</li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and project management skills.</li>\n<li>Shows initiative in seeking out necessary information and solutions, displaying a high level of resourcefulness.</li>\n<li>Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.</li>\n</ul>",
