    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Assembler (Seasonal) &nbsp;$17.25 an hour&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00 am - 3:30 pm</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Excellent working conditions - Clean, air-conditioned environment</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Assemble fabricated parts - small subassemblies and/or complete units.&nbsp;</li><li>Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners using appropriate tools.</li><li>Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials to assemble fans.&nbsp;</li><li>Uses hand tools and small power tools to assemble units.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and rules.</li><li>Inspect/verify assembled units to comply with Pinnacle&rsquo;s quality standards and ensure the product is ready to ship to the customer.</li><li>Reports quality issues and errors in the production line; and informs the supervisor of any shortages in parts or hardware</li><li>Contribute to team effort by filling in as needed to complete tasks.</li><li>Works under immediate supervision.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Previous assembly experience helpful</li><li>Able to follow written and verbal work instructions.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.&nbsp;</li><li>Customer oriented and works well with teams.</li><li>Excellent Attendance</li><li>Mechanical aptitude a plus</li><li>Detail orientated</li><li>Work is repetitive in nature</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p><p>Our brands, both young and mature, now have 75 years of experience to draw upon as they optimize manufacturing efficiency, perfect distribution, and lead the industry.
