Description

The Role The Site Coordinator is the front-line clinic manager at AICA Orthopedics. You own daily operations patient flow, staff performance, scheduling, compliance, and the patient experience from check-in to checkout. You supervise front desk and clinical support staff, run daily huddles, handle performance conversations directly, and build the workflows your clinic runs on. This is a management role with real accountability for clinic-level outcomes.
