The ideal candidate will add expertise to the Civil Sector projects but may support projects in other EARTHRES markets as well.&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Education –graduation from an accredited college or university is required.</li><li>Knowledge and ability to perform site inspections is required.</li><li>Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.</li><li>Skills and Abilities – desire to learn; ability to work independently and with client representatives and/or contractors; critical thinking ability and attention to detail; good communication skills and ability to represent EARTHRES in a professional manner; willingness to work occasional weekends and off-hours when needed.</li><li>Experience – 2-5 years of experience in Landfill and Solid Waste facility design projects combined with an education in Civil, Environmental, or Mining Engineering.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
