We are often remote from one another but that doesn’t stop our sense of collaboration, supportiveness, and fun!<p></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities include:</b></p><ul><li><p>Energetically recruit, develop, lead, and retain a diverse team of consultants supporting Workday’s Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking and/or Finance products.</p></li><li><p>Promote a team-oriented, ambitious, and innovative work environment while maintaining and continuously improving the consultant onboarding, performance management, and career development process.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Resource Management, Sales, and Engagement Managers to effectively staff engagements and build the skills vital to Workday consultants.</p></li><li><p>Drive team and individuals to provide the best customer satisfaction in the industry to deliver on customer satisfaction, references, revenue utilization, and margin objectives.</p></li><li><p>Become knowledgeable in the Workday product, methodology, and customer requirements by actively providing consulting services and working closely with the project teams.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the consultants are adhering to the activities, processes, and procedures outlined in Workday&#39;s Implementation Methodology.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the strategic direction of the organization through leading and participating in internal initiatives.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><p></p><p>Would you enjoy leading a team in a fast paced environment? Do you have an appetite for variety and challenging business problems to solve? Are you a great communicator with a passion for providing expert services to help our customers maximize the value of Workday solutions and coach less experienced team members? </p><p></p><p>The ideal candidate will have a mix of product/program management, Finance, HR or Payroll consulting, deep domain expertise in Finance, HR, Payroll and people management skills with a strong working knowledge of professional services as it relates to enterprise software. Requirements include:</p><p></p><p>Basic Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>5&#43; years of functional experience (domain experience) with Payroll or Financials</p></li><li><p>5&#43; years of experience leading consulting teams as a people manager and/or leading an implementation team working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar cloud based applications.</p></li><li><p>Experience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, Taleo, PeopleSoft, ADP, UKG or similar applications.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent experience required</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English ​</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Other Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Strong consulting, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Critical thinker &amp; innovator with the ability to bring new ideas to life</p></li><li><p>Self-starter with proven ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high performance expectations</p></li><li><p>Strong team player, committed to high quality delivery</p></li><li><p>Structured, organized, and disciplined, and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously</p></li><li><p>Alignment to Workday values</p></li><li><p>Ability to travel up to 20% of the time</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><span>Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Workday is an Equal Opportunity Employer including individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Are you being referred to one of our roles?
