    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">GENERAL NATURE OF WORK:</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"> This is semi-skilled work responsible for preparing and selling a la carte food and beverage services to customers.  An employee in this class reports directly to the Golf Course Manager or Assistant Golf Course Manager for daily instruction, schedule and general duties.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">EQUIPMENT &amp; JOB LOCATION:</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"> This position requires specific knowledge of Food, Beverage and Alcohol services and equipment. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: </span></span></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 13px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Any one position may not include all of the duties listed nor do the listed examples include all duties which may be found in all positions in this class.</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Must be at least 21 years of age.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Provides courteous service to the guests.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Responsibly handles monetary &amp; credit transactions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Responsibly prepares and services a la carte food services in a sanitary manner. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Responsibly services alcohol products to customers following the state and federal laws. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Understands all basic kitchen equipment and its uses – including set-up, break down and clean up.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Completion of food services including prep work and set up. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Training of Temperature Danger Zone. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Training of proper cooking temperatures for hazardous food materials.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Upon receiving shipments, checks for proper counts, condition and quality of product.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Assures all products are rotated and properly stored to minimize waste.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ensures that all equipment and supplies are readily available.      </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel and stand during shift.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Must be able to lift 50 lbs+.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Maintains a neat and sanitary work environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Maintains personal hygiene to departmental standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;
