Spanning Central and Southwestern Ontario, our services are customized to respond to the dynamic and evolving security needs of both private and public sector clients. Their responsibilities include:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Deliver superior customer service to both employees and clients.</span></li>\n<li><span>Communicate professionally and empathetically via phone and email.</span></li>\n<li><span>Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate and schedule security personnel as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span>Oversee coverage and deployment of ad-hoc guards.</span></li>\n<li><span>Apply critical thinking to make sound, independent, and timely decisions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Effectively manage high-pressure situations with composure.</span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrate creativity and adaptability in problem-solving.</span></li>\n<li><span>Exhibit exceptions attention to detail and accuracy.</span></li>\n<li><span>Show initiative, flexibility, and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Prioritize tasks efficiently and resolve issues proactively.</span></li>\n<li><span>Thrive in a high-paced office setting with minimal supervision.</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct mobile dispatch operations with precision.</span></li>\n<li><span>Prepare and maintain comprehensive and accurate reports and quotes.</span></li>\n<li><span>Understand the principles and framework of the security industry - considered an asset.</span></li>\n<li><span>Possess experience in contract management and record-keeping procedures - considered an asset.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WE ARE EXCITED FOR YOU TO OFFER US:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Post-secondary education and/or equivalent.</span></li>\n<li><span>MUST have intermediary to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.</span></li>\n<li><span>MUST have 5 years of Canadian residency for security clearance.</span></li>\n<li><span>Work experience in scheduling, customer service, or dispatching fields.</span></li>\n<li>The ability to sit for long periods of time. <br></li>\n<li><span>Flexibility to cover a variety of shifts throughout the week if required, including weekdays and weekends. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT THE JOB OFFERS YOU:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Job Type: Part-Time  </li>\n<li>Location: Oakville, ON</li>\n<li>Hourly Rate of Pay:<span> $22.00</span></li>\n<li>Hours of work: 0000 - 1200, Saturday and Sunday (weekends). This position requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts throughout the week if required.
