Our Full time associates have access to Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Here's what we are looking for:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.</li>\n <li>The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.</li>\n <li>The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service. </li>\n <li>Qualifications:</li>\n <li>Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.</li>\n <li>Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed through computer programs.</li>\n <li>Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>A WMA is responsible for membership sales, building customer loyalty, and meeting studio goals and objectives to ensure growth and profitability and a superior experience for everyone.</p>\n<p>WMA’s are also required to perform tasks in order to uphold studio and company standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the entire studio</li>\n <li>Communicate professionally and efficiently with coworkers and clients</li>\n <li>Be present for scheduled shifts and follow absence policies/procedures set in place by studio management</li>\n <li>Meet with studio management on a regular basis regarding individual needs</li>\n <li>Maintain professionalism throughout the entire studio including employee break room</li>\n <li>Present yourself professionally while following dress code and maintaining good hygiene throughout shift</li>\n <li>Participate in all trainings</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have extreme attention to detail</li>\n <li>Ability to sell and upgrade based on clients needs</li>\n <li>Be empathetic and personable</li>\n <li>Phone and active listening skills</li>\n <li>MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Legal Disclaimer</h2>©2023 Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC (“ETM”).
