    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.49.19/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.49.19/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>JOB PURPOSE</strong>: The Machine Operator is responsible for the operation and minor preventative maintenance of machinery within their assigned area. &nbsp;Responsible for producing a high-quality product, quality,&nbsp;safety and environmental reporting, and production documentation. &nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>AUTHORITY:&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong>All employees have the authority to stop operations/production for the following three reasons: &nbsp;1) a quality defect, 2) an unsafe act, or 3) a health hazard.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull;Efficient operation of machinery such as: oven, injection mold press, trimmers, greasers, bead apply machines, welding machines, bolt machines, etc. to include elimination of pollution<br>&bull;Inspection of finished product within the work cell<br>&bull;Packing of final product<br>&bull;Responsible for quality documentation<br>&bull;Responsible for documentation of production and environmental records<br>&bull;Inspects and measures machined work pieces to verify conformance to specifications<br>&bull;Ability to keep area clean, neat, and organized&nbsp;<br>&bull;Report situations that may negatively affect the environment or cause pollution.<br>&bull;Report safety hazards in the workplace promptly<br>&bull;Report accidents, injuries, incidents, and near-misses promptly<br>&bull;Responsible for working all hours required to support production needs and customer demands, including mandatory overtime<br>&bull;Effectively perform any other duties as assigned or deemed necessary and appropriate.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&bull;Experience, Competencies and Education</strong></p><p>An experienced individual with appropriate industry experience, preferably in the automotive manufacturing field. An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image. A well organized and self-directed individual who is a team player. High School Diploma or GED, 10th Grade Math Level, and one to two years related experience preferred.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&bull;Language Skills</strong></p><p>Ability to effectively communicate any information pertaining to the cell to any level of the organization.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</strong>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
