    "description_html": "<p><strong>New England Truck Center</strong> is seeking a highly motivated Parts Counter Specialist in our Exeter, NH location. This role requires efficient support of the parts department, parts staff, service department and service writers.<br><br>This an hourly non-exempt position, working within the hours of 7:30AM to 3:30PM Monday - Friday. The compensation range for this role is based on experience, and ranges from $18/HR to $28/HR.</p><p><b>Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Oversee computerized parts catalog system and maintains a running inventory of regular and special-order parts and supplies.</li><li>Dispenses parts to service mechanics.</li><li>Identifies optimum sources for replacement parts and assemblies.</li><li>Purchases standard items.</li><li>Receives and inspects incoming shipments for correct quantity and quality of materials.</li><li>Processes invoices for payments and maintains proper records.</li><li>Obtains quotes on major expenditures and obtains approval for non-routine purchases.</li><li>Maintains knowledge of pricing, changes in parts, and technical service bulletins through collaboration with sales and other company staff.</li></ul><p><b>Skills and Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of automotive parts and mechanical systems.</li><li>Basic mathematical skills to develop and maintain invoices and inventories.</li><li>Proficient with or able to quickly learn the inventory system.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs.</li></ul><p><b>Education & Experience:</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Prior department experience with diesel engines preferred.</li><li>Experience in warehousing with high productivity and organization is a plus.</li></ul><strong>Benefits Include:</strong><ul><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision plans.</li><li>Life and Disability Plans.</li><li>AFLAC plans.</li><li>401K with company match.</li><li>Paid time off and holidays.</li></ul><p><i><b>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.</b></i></p>",
