    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced Service Electrician to join our team. This position focuses on troubleshooting, service work, and small electrical projects in commercial and industrial environments.</p>\n<p>In our service department, no two days are the same. Every day brings a different challenge. Some days may involve troubleshooting a quick issue, while others may turn into multi-day projects.</p>\n<p>You may be diagnosing a motor starter failure, troubleshooting a VFD that is not communicating with a PLC, tracking down a lighting circuit issue, or assisting with a small installation project.</p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who is adaptable, willing to learn new skills, and able to think outside the box to solve problems.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities</li>\n<li>Diagnose and repair issues involving motors, drives, controls, and lighting circuits</li>\n<li>Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment</li>\n<li>Bend and install conduit and run new circuits when required</li>\n<li>Assist with small installation projects and service upgrades</li>\n<li>Communicate professionally with customers while on job sites</li>\n<li>Follow electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with other trades on the job site</li>\n<li>Document service work and communicate findings with supervisors</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p>To be successful in this role, candidates should have strong commercial or industrial field experience and troubleshooting ability.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of electrical field installation experience</li>\n<li>Experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical systems</li>\n<li>Strong experience with conduit bending and installation</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of circuits and electrical wiring fundamentals</li>\n<li>Experience with electrical troubleshooting and mechanical systems</li>\n<li>Experience with instrumentation and controls</li>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot motor starters, VFDs, PLC communication issues, and lighting circuits</li>\n<li>Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety</li>\n<li>Good communication skills with team members, customers, and other trades</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join our Team</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay based on experience</li>\n<li>Consistent, year-round work</li>\n<li>Opportunities to develop additional skills</li>\n<li>Variety of projects and challenging troubleshooting work</li>\n<li>Supportive team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Apply Today</span></p>\n<p>If you are a motivated Service Electrician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and working on a variety of electrical systems, we want to hear from you.</p>\n<p>Submit your resume today to apply.</p>\n<p> </p>",
