Description Join our team of experienced timeshare sales professionals at The Point at Poipu! We offer sign-on incentive based on experience, potential relocation assistance, and Hawaii real estate license reimbursement to help make your next career move with ease. As a Sales Executive In House, you will be responsible for presenting the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to our owners and potential owners to generate maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company. Why do Team Members Like Working for us? Salary is based on commission & bonuses governed by a compensation plan, which provides for an hourly rate of $16 as an advance against commissions. In House Sales Executives have targeted annual earnings of $140,000 per year, with some Team Members earning substantially more based on their individual performance. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance from Day One Generous Paid Time Off Program and Paid Sick Days, Paid Parental leave 401k with percentage company match and Stock Purchase options. Our Go Hilton Team Member Travel Program offers deeply discounted rates and 50% off at participating hotel-operated restaurants. Team Member Recognition and numerous learning and advancement opportunities And so much more! Schedule Details: Our Sales Departments operates Sunday-Thursday, shifts start between 7:00am-7:45am. Paid training is provided for your first 2 weeks. Responsibilities As a Sales Executive In House you would be responsible for: Engage with owners and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation products, providing them an avenue to build future vacation memories. Promote a positive team environment and implement HGV's core values and policies. Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness. Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise. Attend sales trainings and meetings for key updates on our company products. Generate referral leads with each new customer. Qualifications To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to acquire an active Hawaii Real Estate License. 6months branded timeshare or vacation ownership sales experience Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven track record of closing sales. Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
