The finished goods vary from simple handheld parts to large complex products and require a variety of tools and techniques to produce. This unique position will also be responsible for supporting the management of a finished goods inventory, packaging of products and shipment of products to our customers. Must be a team player and always willing to expand and improve your skills. &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Assemble and package products from fabricated, machined and purchased components &nbsp;</li><li>Use a variety of hand tools including impact drivers, drills, screw drivers, wrenches and sockets &nbsp;</li><li>Application of stain to wooden components &nbsp;</li><li>Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards &nbsp;</li><li>Assist in managing a finished goods inventory using Computer System as well as physical inventory controls &nbsp;</li><li>Packaging of products for damage free transport and loading of materials onto trucks &nbsp;</li><li>Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment. &nbsp;</li><li>Follow company rules and policies &nbsp;</li><li>Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task &nbsp;</li><li>Follow safety rules and quality standards &nbsp;</li><li>Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Must have the ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner &nbsp;</li><li>Must wear PPE &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Must show up at work on time and as scheduled. &nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal;\"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\";'>High School diploma or GED preferred &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\";'>One-year related experience and/or training preferred &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\";'>Experience with steel, aluminum and/or stainless steel preferred &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\";'>Experience with HVAC, plumbing/or industrial construction preferred &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\";'>Ability to read blue prints a plus but we will train &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\";'>Basic math skills &nbsp;</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Work Environment</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position operates in both office and manufacturing floor environments.
