Our corporate office has planted roots in Tampa, FL, but we hire Team Leads all over the nation. </p>\n<p><strong>For more information, please call our hotline at 813-712-2511 or text us at 844-786-0603.</strong></p>\n<h2>Minimum Pay</h2>USD $20.00/Hr.\n<h2>Maximum Pay</h2>USD $22.00/Hr.\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Mileage & Travel Pay where applicable </li>\n <li>Per Diem & Hotel for Travelers</li>\n <li>Limited benefit plans for everyday illnesses and accidents</li>\n <li>Weekly Pay Schedule</li>\n <li>Early Wage Access</li>\n <li>W2 Employment</li>\n <li>Assignments can range from 0-40 hours per week based on volume, how far you are willing to travel, and willingness to accept various other projects offered</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Represent Channel Partners and its’ business units in all interactions with our retail partners, its’ customers and external vendors.</li>\n <li>Carry out the needs of the company while supporting all Channel Partners' policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Communicate regularly with Project Manager and/or District Manager on assigned project updates, wins and opportunities.</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities within assigned project and collaborate with Project Manager or District Manager on specific action plan to correct.</li>\n <li>Ensure any project related reporting and scheduling are submitted on-time with accuracy.</li>\n <li>Create a positive and engaging team environment with an open-door communication policy.</li>\n <li>Delegate and monitor team performance to assigned project providing additional coaching and training where needed.</li>\n <li>Motivate team members by providing positive feedback and recognition for outstanding performance.</li>\n <li>Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.</li>\n <li>Maintain safety standards per OSHA required guidelines and report accidents immediately. </li>\n <li>Responsible to bring assigned project in or under budgeted hours.</li>\n <li>Maintain safety standards per OSHA required guidelines and report accidents immediately.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of two years’ retail industry experience, including merchandising, installation and leadership experience. </li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal including written and oral communication and customer support skills.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of plan-o-grams and floorplans with knowledge of blueprints; able to cross reference multiple documents.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of fixture building including, racking, shelves and assembly including cash register wraps and various fixtures. Must know how to anchor gondola, seismic anchor where needed.</li>\n <li>Completion of all internal certifications and training programs.
