Join us as a <strong>SITE SUPERVISOR - HEAVY CIVIL  </strong>and play a pivotal role in our dynamic world of heavy civil construction!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are currently accepting applications to support multiple projects with our clients across Canada.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Rotation</strong>:     Project dependent, most commonly 14/7 or 21/7 </p>\n<p><strong>Shift</strong>:           12 Hours (Days and Nights)</p>\n<p><strong>Travel: </strong>        Project Dependent - Flights via approved travel hubs (where applicable) OR Drive in / Drive out </p>\n<p><strong>Lodging: </strong>     Accommodations provided</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Pre-Employment Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Successful completion of Alcohol, Drug and Fit to Work Screening </li>\n <li>Worker to provide:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Valid Safety Training tickets \n    <ul>\n     <li>CSO / BSO / CSTS-09/ OSSA Regional </li>\n     <li>Intermediate First Aid with CPR & AED</li>\n     <li>H2S Alive</li>\n     <li>Bear Awareness (In-Class)</li>\n     <li>Ground Disturbance </li>\n    </ul></li>\n   <li>Valid Driver’s License & 3 year abstract with 3 or less infractions</li>\n   <li>CSA Approved safety boots - minimum 6\" high & fully laceable.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>All Morgan Field Based Workers and Equipment Operators must:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be physically conditioned to repetitively and safely lift up to 50lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work a rotational schedule, 12 hours a day, for both day or night shifts as required.</li>\n <li>Expect to handle noise and vibrations on the job.</li>\n <li>Be prepared for and willing to perform additional labour duties as / when required.</li>\n <li>Embrace the elements by working outdoors in all weather conditions. Whether it's rain, shine, or snow, you'll need to thrive in diverse weather environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a courteous and professional relationship with clients. Respond to inquiries promptly and carry out work as required to satisfy client requests and project quality standards.</li>\n <li>Assist maintenance in scheduling equipment preventative maintenance or repair.</li>\n <li>Motivate, inspire, observe, and delegate tasks to crew.</li>\n <li>Inspire productivity, promote training and cross training, and create a positive team culture.</li>\n <li>Build a level of knowledge and understanding of safety practices, scheduling techniques, trade knowledge and employee engagement.</li>\n <li>Adhere to project specifications and guidelines to maintain quality standards.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with supervisors, other operators, and site personnel to ensure smooth operations. </li>\n <li>Champion our safety culture by adhering to Morgan's Safe Work Procedures and PPE policies.</li>\n <li>Maintain awareness of the surrounding environment and potential hazards, such as other equipment or personnel. Perform JSA and FLHA’s as required.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate exceptional judgement and problem solving skills.</li>\n <li>Demonstrating versatility in collaborating effectively with team members and independently taking ownerships of tasks.</li>\n <li>Operate 2-way radio</li>\n <li>Perform labour duties as / when required.</li>\n <li>Assist ground personnel as / when required.</li>\n <li>Other duties as / when assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience / Qualification Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Minimum of 5 years </strong>of recent experience as a <strong>Site Supervisor on heavy civil earthworks for mining, oil sands, lease construction, highway construction, dam/dyke construction, landfill construction, underground utility installation, pad building, pad extensions, infills, sub prep, stripping, and/or dirt management projects</strong> is required.</li>\n <li>Expert level experience as an excavator, dozer or grader operator.</li>\n <li>Experience in winter access and winter lease construction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>About Morgan:</u></strong></p>\n<p>Over the past 40+ years, Morgan has completed over 5400 heavy civil projects.
