    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</strong></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;</p><ul><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Insight Investment is looking for a Senior Specialist (Compliance &amp; Control) to join the Guideline Management team. This person will be responsible for the handling of Guideline coding and Guideline drafting reviews within Charles River Development (CRD) and assisting in the monitoring of Post trade alerts. This person will also assist in Guideline related projects, suggest improvements to existing processes and help support the junior associates in building their CRD technical skills, expertise and knowledge of our processes.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Monitor post trade batch alerts daily and provide notification to the front office and other business groups in a timely manner.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Ensure all new mandates/amendments are coded into Charles River within the agreed time limit with a high level of accuracy.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Work closely with the Fund Managers and Client Directors to ensure that coding has been accurately interpreted and signed off within the appropriate time limit.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Ensure client guideline queries from across the business are answered in a timely and accurate manner.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Ensure post-trade monitoring incidents are proactively escalated and recorded in the relevant systems.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Produce monthly and quarterly compliance attestations and ensure the attestations are produced within the required deadlines.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Continuously engage with IT to evolve and improve systems, assisting and taking the lead in Guideline related projects</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Work closely with Fund Management and the Client Services teams in the review of guidelines – ensuring that amendments can be coded into the compliance systems and standardizing the format of guidelines across the U.S. business.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Proactively devise ways to reduce operational risk to the business and to increase the efficiency of processes</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Excellent academics with degree from a reputed institute.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Minimum 7, preferably 9+ years or more of rule coding experience on CRD (rule coding on V20 or above is preferred).</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Relevant experience in monitoring post trade compliance on CRD&nbsp;</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Good communication &amp; analytical skills to resolve hands-on problems</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel and the ability to build reports to enable the extraction and analysis of data sets</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Able to provide challenges to both existing processes and controls across the business and be proactive, self-supportive and motivated in the promotion of a positive compliance and risk culture within the firm</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Strong understanding of fixed income securities – including derivatives</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Strong ownership of role and responsibilities</span></p></li></ul>",
