    "description": "<p>Join our team of construction experts and help us grow!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Position Summary:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">General Duties</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Operates General hand tools.</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Operates powered railroad tools and specialized railroad tools.</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Participate in team safety meeting.</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Reporting equipment or tool damage or deficiencies immediately to Supervisor.</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Comply with railroad and site-specific safety and operating rules.</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Other duties may be assigned.</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Required Skills and Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Ability to travel to various projects and work sites as needed.</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Must be 18 years of age</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Ability to understand and efficiently carry out instructions</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Strong verbal and written communication skills.</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Capable of performing job duties in a safe and professional manner</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Physical Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Must be willing to submit to and be able to pass a drug screen.</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Must be able to pass a background check, e-rail safe and on-track safety.</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Must be willing and capable to work any shift, including weekends.</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Lifts 0-75 lbs. occasionally.</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Lifts 0-50 lbs. unassisted regularly.</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Must be able to work, walk, and stand on uneven ballast surfaces for extended periods of time.</span></span><span><br></span></li>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Should be able to use basic hand tools.
