      "content": "<li>Lead and perform commercial AV system installations, including displays, projectors, video walls, microphones, speakers, cameras, control systems, and conferencing solutions</li><li>Supervise and mentor junior technicians and installers on job sites</li><li>Interpret and execute installation plans, drawings, and technical documentation</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution</li><li>Rack, mount, terminate, label, and test AV equipment and cabling (Cat6, fiber, HDMI, speaker wire, etc.)</li><li>Configure and test AV systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve installation and system issues efficiently</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry best practices</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation, as-built drawings, and job status reports</li><li>Provide on-site client support and basic user training as needed</li>"
