Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently. A commitment to continuing education and professional development. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards is an asset. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in electronic health record systems. A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference in the community. Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a dynamic and collaborative practice environment.
