Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with conducting user research</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong presentation skills and ability to discuss the objective pros and cons of different solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Good problem-solving and storytelling skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Mentorship abilities and experience of mentoring designers is a big advantage</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Have a good sense of humor :)</span></li>\n</ul>",
