    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Job Purpose</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the company&rsquo;s maintenance program by focusing on plant equipment and building maintenance in a manner that meets and complies with all food safety policies and OSHA regulations.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Essential Functions&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems with plant equipment (e.g., mechanical drive systems, HVAC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems with plant equipment (e.g., wiring, circuits, fuses, switches, electrical installations, transformers, motors, and AC/DC motor drives)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform preventive maintenance on all plant equipment&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform building maintenance and repairs (e.g., air conditioning, lights, forklifts)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform small repairs on equipment to prevent long-term downtime until permanent repairs can be completed&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Report on food safety and quality issues to appropriate personnel&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform other job-related duties as assigned</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>&nbsp;Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)</u></strong><u>&nbsp;</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong troubleshooting skills&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience or willingness to learn pneumatics, and hydraulics</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Willing to learn and obtain boilers license and electrical maintenance license.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Well-rounded mechanical skills and experience&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work overtime as needed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Technical degree in a maintenance related field, MN Special Engineer Boiler License or higher, or refrigeration experience preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>$2,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days.</strong></li></ul></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>3rd shift 10pm - 6am",
