    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Senior Fund Accountant</strong></p><p><strong>Hybrid-Livingston, NJ</strong></p><p><strong>Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.</strong></p><p><strong><u>Summary:</u></strong></p><p>Our US Fund Solutions group is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant. The candidate will manage multiple client deliverables ensuring superior client service.&nbsp; Deliverables include fund administration services provided to private equity funds.</p><p><strong><u>Some of the things you will be doing:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Prepare financial statements and support schedules (GAAP and other basis)</li><li>Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and prepare and distribute letters</li><li>Prepare NAV calculations</li><li>Investor and compliance reporting&nbsp;</li><li>Daily client interaction&nbsp;</li><li>Matrix reporting structure for client services</li><li>Internal responsibilities (status reports, time tracking, etc.)&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?</u></strong></p><ul><li>BS Degree in Accounting is required</li><li>Experience as a Fund Accountant in Private Equity&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of US GAAP</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges)&nbsp;</li><li>Investran experience a plus</li><li>Able to multi task and perform tasks under strict deadlines</li><li>Professional verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>At CSC, compensation decisions are dependent on a number of factors including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual.
