Our team includes physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, and rehabilitation specialists who work collaboratively to restore function, reduce pain, and help patients return to their daily lives with confidence.<br><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking a<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Full-Time Chiropractor</span><span> </span>to join our expanding practice in Ridley Park, PA. This role offers excellent work-life balance, professional autonomy, and the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">**This position has an anticipated start of August 2026. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Details</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule:</span><span> </span>Monday through Friday<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Setting:</span><span> </span>Outpatient clinical environment<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Patient Population:</span><span> </span>Workers’ Compensation (WC) and Personal Injury (PI) patients<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Type:</span><span> </span>Full-Time, Onsite</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform chiropractic evaluations, adjustments, and evidence-based treatment plans for musculoskeletal and spine-related injuries.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with physicians, PTs, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.</li>\n<li>Document patient encounters, progress, and treatment recommendations in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards.</li>\n<li>Educate patients on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, and strategies to manage pain and prevent re-injury.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.</li>\n<li>Schedule patient appointments as needed within the clinic workflow.</li>\n<li>Provide guidance to CCAs regarding treatment protocols and patient flow.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Licensed Chiropractor (DC) in the state of Pennsylvania</span><span> </span>(required)</li>\n<li>Strong clinical experience with musculoskeletal and injury-based care preferred</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, patient education, and documentation skills</li>\n<li>Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care</li>\n<li>Experience with Workers’ Compensation and/or Personal Injury populations is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Competitive Pay Range:</span><span> </span>$75-90k/yr (commensurate with experience)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Paid Time Off (PTO):</span><span> </span>Generous accrual for vacation and personal time</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Paid Company Holidays</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Health Insurance Allowance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Professional Growth:</span><span> </span>Supportive environment for continuing education, training, and clinical development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join CarePath?</span></p>\n<p>At CarePath Injury Centers, we foster a positive, team-driven workplace where providers feel supported and valued.
