In this role, you will operate CNC lathe machines to transform resin castings into high-quality finished products. This position is ideal for someone with strong machining skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced job shop environment.</p><hr><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Operate one or more CNC lathe machines to produce parts to specification</li><li>Load materials, set up tools, and start/stop machines as needed</li><li>Read and interpret job travelers, blueprints, and manufacturing drawings</li><li>Inspect parts using measuring tools such as micrometers, comparators, and gauges</li><li>Ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications</li><li>Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, minor adjustments)</li><li>Remove and manage scrap materials and maintain proper identification of parts</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace</li><li>Follow all Quality Management System (QMS) procedures</li><li>Support team needs and perform additional duties as required</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of CNC lathe experience in a job shop environment</li><li>Ability to operate multi-axis CNC machines</li><li>Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)</li><li>Experience using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, indicators, verniers, CMM, etc.)</li><li>Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment</li></ul>",
