Other duties may be assigned.</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:21.5px;\"><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Able to determine materials in need of grinding, selecting proper grinding tool and grit disk.</span></li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:17px;\"><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Prepares and preps all parts (standard or special) with filler material to ensure a smooth finish and grinds piece to provide a quality surface for finishing.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Cleans all parts and products in proper manner to ensure good paint adhesion.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Review order quote, order entry document, general assembly and part details to determine proper color paint and mix special paints as required for each product.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Operate wet spray equipment, siphon feed pressure pot and diaphragm pump.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Able to apply standard product finishes ensuring complete coverage on all product.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Able to review own work and proceeds to correct any defects before product moves to the next department.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Cleans and repairs spray equipment to ensure it is operational and working properly.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Able to perform both wet spray paint and powder coat painting applications</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>Examines and feels surface of work piece for defects. &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>Selects grade of abrasive belt, wheel, or disk according to specifications, knowledge of abrasives, and condition of metal, and attaches to grinder.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>Starts grinder and moves it over surface of work piece to remove scratches, laminated metal, excess weld material/burs.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>Polishes <span style=\"color:black;\">all weld seams to a seamless finish on flat surfaces, paying close attention to detail</span></span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>Finishes all corner weld seams to a smooth-rounded seems; no corners. &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>Finishes all stainless steel oven/chamber parts (interior trays and control units) via finish grinder.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>Transfers various sized stainless steel chambers from welding to grinding or finishing area.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>Replaces worn abrasive disks, wheels, and belts.</span></li></ul><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;margin-right:-4.5pt;'><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;margin-right:-4.5pt;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>Supervisory Responsibilities:&nbsp;</span></strong><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.</span></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;margin-right:-4.5pt;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;margin-right:-4.5pt;'><strong><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>Qualifications:&nbsp;</span></strong><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
