    "description": "<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>BayCare Medical Group </strong>is a physician-led medical group seeking an experienced board certified <strong>Family</strong> <strong>Medicine or Internal Medicine </strong><strong>physician </strong>to join our new concierge practice in <strong>Clearwater</strong><strong><strong>,</strong> Florida</strong> anticipated to open March, 2026<strong>.</strong> The office is open Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm and provides care to patients ages 15 years and older. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver full-spectrum primary care, including preventive services, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health conditions across all age groups.</li>\n <li>Manage a smaller, dedicated patient panel to ensure individualized attention and easy access to care.</li>\n <li>Perform detailed patient evaluations, including physical exams and thorough medical histories.</li>\n <li>Create tailored care plans emphasizing long-term wellness and health maintenance.</li>\n <li>Focus on proactive preventive care such as screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle guidance.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to coordinate seamless patient care.</li>\n <li>Provide prompt appointments, offering same-day or next-day availability to meet patient needs.</li>\n <li>Offer after-hours availability through phone, secure messaging, or telemedicine for patient support.</li>\n <li>Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and wellness strategies.</li>\n <li>Maintain precise and current electronic medical records, adhering to all documentation standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Services & Practice Features:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Extended appointment durations for more thorough consultations and personalized care.</li>\n <li>24/7 patient access via phone, secure messaging, or text, facilitating ongoing communication outside regular hours.</li>\n <li>Two clinicians per care center with separate practices, allowing for cross-coverage during absences.</li>\n <li>Availability for same-day or next-day visits, averaging 36 clinical hours weekly.</li>\n <li>Average of six patient visits daily, conducted in-person, virtually, or occasionally in home or skilled nursing facility settings.</li>\n <li>Development of individualized health plans to prevent and manage chronic illnesses.</li>\n <li>Emphasis on wellness and preventive health, including routine screenings and proactive care strategies.</li>\n <li>Coordination with specialists to ensure integrated and continuous care.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health assessments to support patient well-being.</li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining a patient panel of approximately 400 individuals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Position requires:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Board Certified in Family or Intenral Medicine </li>\n <li>5 years experience in an outpatient concierge or primary care setting preferred </li>\n <li>Hormone therapy experience is a plus </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong>:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>BayCare Medical Group offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to attract and retain top talent.
