Description

Corporate Strategy Associate Department: Corporate Strategy Reports To: Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy Location: Wendell, NC Position Status: Full-time FLSA Status: Salary Exempt Management Level: Non-management JOB SUMMARY The Corporate Strategy Associate will play a key role in driving company-wide strategic initiatives, managing performance through KPIs, and building a data-driven management system. This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights, improving operational efficiency, and supporting executive decision-making through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB 1. KPI Management & Business Performance Own the development, tracking, and reporting of company-wide KPIs (e.g., sales, operating profit) Analyze performance against targets and identify key gaps, risks, and opportunities Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve business performance Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and executive-level reporting materials 2. Strategic Initiative Execution Drive the planning and execution of key corporate strategic initiatives Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and KPIs Track initiative progress and proactively address risks or delays Support program management and ensure successful delivery of strategic priorities 3. Data-Driven Management & Data Infrastructure Contribute to building and enhancing a data-driven management system Lead data consolidation efforts across functions (Sales, Warranty, Parts, Dealer, Marketing, etc.) Support data warehouse initiatives and improve data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility Identify opportunities to leverage data for better decision-making 4. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend improvement solutions Drive initiatives to enhance operational workflows and management controls Support continuous improvement efforts to increase organizational efficiency and productivity 5. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with HQ and local teams to ensure alignment on priorities and performance Facilitate communication and coordination across departments Ensure consistency and accuracy of key management information 6. Executive Support & Strategic Planning Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and strategic materials for senior leadership Provide data-driven insights to support executive decision-making Track and drive key corporate priorities across the organization 7. Analytical & Reporting Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Translate complex data into clear insights and business recommendations Support data-driven decision-making across the organization EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field 0–3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or data analysis (internship experience included) Strong interest in corporate strategy, business operations, and data-driven management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for data analysis, workflow automation, and productivity improvement Experience or strong interest in data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus
