You’ll inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while keeping the business running smoothly and successfully.</p>\n<p>In this role, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead, coach, and develop an awesome team</li>\n <li>Mentor Assistant Managers and help prepare future leaders</li>\n <li>Create a fun, positive, high-energy work environment</li>\n <li>Motivate your team to hit store goals and performance metrics</li>\n <li>Build lasting relationships with customers and encourage repeat business</li>\n <li>Oversee daily operations, audits, and compliance responsibilities</li>\n <li>Keep the store running strong across a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>\n<p>We’re searching for an engaging leader who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.</p>\n<p>You’ll stand out if you have:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>A High School diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>At least 5 years of progressive retail experience</li>\n <li>A hands-on, interactive leadership style</li>\n <li>Strong communication and coaching skills</li>\n <li>A passion for developing people and building relationships</li>\n <li>Comfort with technology and retail operations</li>\n <li>A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation and valid car insurance</li>\n</ul>\n<p>College coursework or additional experience is a bonus, but your leadership energy and ability to inspire others matter most!</p>\n<h2>Perks & Benefits</h2>\n<p>We believe great people deserve great benefits!
