    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Attend Daily Shift Start Up Meetings.</strong><br>\n • Process and assemble components to customer approved standards.<br>\n • Follow written procedures (ODS), monitor quality and communicate production and quality issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor.<br>\n • Ensure health, safety and 5S policies and standards are followed. Report any unsafe conditions to Supervisor immediately.<br>\n • Inspect components and parts and report any quality issues to Team Leader or Supervisor.<br>\n • Move or transfer components and parts to workstations from racks, boxes, carousals, etc.<br>\n • Join parts using screws, rivets, clips, welders, etc.<br>\n • Secure fasteners with manual, hydraulic, and electric tools.<br>\n • Apply adhesive appliques, gaskets, etc.<br>\n • Trim components and parts using a utility knife or other type of trimming device per ODS.<br>\n • Assembly equipment – loading, unloading and properly using Poke Yoke equipment.<br>\n • Apply labels correctly to components and packaged parts.<br>\n • Inspection of components, defect recognition, and material recognition and contain as necessary.<br>\n • Select the packaging of the goods and ensure the goods are packaged professionally.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;Manage the quarantine stock and receipt of goods.<br>\n • Manage and record the data of the receipt notes.<br>\n • Additional duties as may be assigned.</p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications (Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge</strong></p>\n<p>1 -3 Minimum Years of Manufacturing Experience.<br>\n Less Than 1 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry.<br>\n • Previous experience in manufacturing.<br>\n • Ability to remain organized and focused.<br>\n • Schedule flexibility is necessary for this role as mandatory overtime may be required due to changing and last-minute customer demands.<br>\n • Ability to work under pressure to tight time scales.<br>\n • Ability to communicate at all levels efficiently.</p>",
