    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Empowered Choice Program Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Friends &amp; Family Caregiver | $22–$25/hr | Oregon Only</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Empowered Services</span></span></p>\n<p>Empowered Services is a one-on-one attendant care agency providing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Activities of Daily Living (ADL) support</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">community-based services</span> to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Through our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Empowered Choice Program (ECP)</span>, individuals receiving services can <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">choose a trusted friend or family member</span> to become their paid Direct Support Professional (DSP).</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></span></p>\n<p>We are hiring <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)</span> through our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Friends &amp;
