By submitting your application, you will be considered for upcoming entry-level Program Assistant roles as they become available.</em>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<strong>Your role as an Associate Director will involve:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive recruitment strategies and engage prospective candidates for master’s programs.</li>\n <li>Lead or support marketing and outreach campaigns to strengthen brand presence.</li>\n <li>Organize and deliver events such as info sessions, master classes, and fairs.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain relationships with companies, alumni, and strategic partners.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment, marketing, and admissions efforts.</li>\n <li>Conduct follow‑ups, consultations, and outreach to guide candidate pipelines.</li>\n <li>Provide data tracking and reporting to support decision-making and strategy.</li>\n <li>Support general NYC office operations as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<strong>To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in business or a related field is highly preferred.</li>\n <li>4–6 years of relevant professional experience in fields such as business development, recruitment, marketing, higher education, or client-facing roles.</li>\n <li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence addressing diverse audiences.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a global, multicultural environment.</li>\n <li>Capacity for strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.</li>\n <li>Legal authorization to work and reside in the United States.</li>\n</ul>Unleash your full potential and make an impact.
