Responsibilities Your role as an Associate Director will involve: Drive recruitment strategies and engage prospective candidates for master’s programs. Lead or support marketing and outreach campaigns to strengthen brand presence. Organize and deliver events such as info sessions, master classes, and fairs. Build and maintain relationships with companies, alumni, and strategic partners. Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment, marketing, and admissions efforts. Conduct follow‑ups, consultations, and outreach to guide candidate pipelines. Provide data tracking and reporting to support decision-making and strategy. Support general NYC office operations as needed. Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Master’s degree in business or a related field is highly preferred. 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in fields such as business development, recruitment, marketing, higher education, or client-facing roles. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence addressing diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a global, multicultural environment. Capacity for strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
