This program serves students in grades 1&ndash;5 through academic support, creative expression, and social development.</p><p data-start=\"412\" data-end=\"731\">The Assistant Teacher plays a key role in supporting classroom instruction, reinforcing structure and routines, and helping create a positive, consistent environment for students.
