The UnityPoint Clinic team is known for excellence and quality patient care putting patients at the center of their care to provide the best level of health and well-being.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>PRN to assist with additional coverage for vacations, leaves, and access</li>\n <li>Concierge urgent care model </li>\n <li>Clinic open 8am-8pm x 365 days per year</li>\n <li>No call requirements </li>\n <li>Work with experience staff </li>\n <li>No appointments necessary </li>\n <li>Fully integrated system with clinic and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Coverage to be provided Waterloo, Cedar Falls, Waverly, and Marshalltown Express Clinics</li>\n <li>Provide medical treatment for minor illnesses and injures</li>\n <li>Excellent assessment skills </li>\n <li>Work in a fast-paced environment </li>\n <li>Provide high quality care to all ages </li>\n <li>Offers select diagnostic tests (x-ray, lab, etc.) </li>\n <li>Prescribe treatment, refer patients for follow up care, and educate patients</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant</li>\n <li>Board Certified</li>\n <li>1-2 years of experience preferred</li>\n <li>Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of IA </li>\n <li>Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice</li>\n <li>Eligible to work in the United States</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Waterloo</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Waterloo and Cedar Falls comprise a metro area of more than 107,000 residents who are proud to call the Cedar Valley home.
