We provide a full range of industrial facilities maintenance and process maintenance services.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>MOR PPM Inc. is looking for a Helper in Skippers, VA.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to identify all tools required for tasks.</li>\n <li>Operate machinery as qualified.</li>\n <li>Load/unload and place materials needed.</li>\n <li>Ability to identify safety risks and the precautions required to eliminate those risks.</li>\n <li>Assist journeyman in daily tasks and work orders.</li>\n <li>Assist on any miscellaneous construction processes.</li>\n <li>Clean up work areas.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have knowledge on materials, tools, and processes involved with basic building techniques and form construction.</li>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation.</li>\n <li>Must be willing to work safely and follow all safety rules and regulations.</li>\n <li>At least 6-months as an industrial helper working in industrial construction environment.  Prefer helpers with 2-years or more experience in pulp and paper or manufacturing environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign</li>\n <li>Must complete Tappisafe online training</li>\n <li>May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds </li>\n <li>Must possess enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above</li>\n <li>Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas</li>\n <li>Must have full range of motion consistent with age</li>\n <li>Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders </li>\n <li>Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises </li>\n <li>Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces </li>\n <li>Safety/Steel toe shoes are required</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#PPM</p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
