          "text": "<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>Help keep our lab running smoothly by ensuring instruments stay qualified, compliant, and ready for science. You’ll be hands-on, customer-facing, and essential to daily operations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Qualify laboratory instruments</strong>&#xa0;(HPLC, GC, KF, UV‑Vis, and more); document all work clearly and accurately.</li><li><strong>Perform priority repairs</strong>&#xa0;and replace user‑accessible consumables (lamps, pumps, seals, tubing, etc.).</li><li><strong>Execute scheduled and post‑maintenance qualifications</strong>&#xa0;to maintain compliance.</li><li><strong>Troubleshoot routine calibration issues</strong>&#xa0;and support immediate lab needs.</li><li><strong>Assist with testing</strong>&#xa0;during instrument upgrades and technology rollouts.</li><li><strong>Track metrics and document service activities</strong>&#xa0;in accordance with procedures.</li><li><strong>Coordinate and escort vendors on‑site</strong>&#xa0;for contracted maintenance and service.</li></ul>",
