In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects, clients, and people, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. You will also actively contribute to the leadership and development of our teams, providing clear direction and fostering a supportive environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Lead and manage project teams, ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Actively engage with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and maintaining strong relationships.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prepare and present technical papers at industry events, showcasing Frequency's expertise.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure compliance with Health &amp; Safety obligations and company policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop and implement project management plans aligned with clients' requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to business development efforts, including client meetings, preparing proposals and tenders.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">About You:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">8 to 10 years of relevant industry experience with a proven track record in managing infrastructure projects </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Holds relevant tertiary industry qualifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Demonstrated experience in roles such as design management, team management, or team director, with a focus on infrastructure projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Consultancy and Client-side Project Management experience is desirable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience in Vertical Build and Seismic projects is desirable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience in Line Management of Internal Delivery Teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on effective communication and emotional intelligence (EQ).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong industry presence and a robust professional network, particularly in the Wellington region.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong commercial acumen, with experience in managing project financials and performance.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Join Our Frequency Whānau?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">At Frequency, we believe in the power of genuine, in-person collaboration.
