Facilitates the contract review process with Project Directors, Area Managers, Finance,  Project Operations and Legal Counsel. Supports marketing proposal activity, providing review of sample prime contracts with owners.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Reviews and analyzes all professional consulting services contracts to ensure compliance of all contract terms and conditions with industry standards</li>\n <li>Identify and escalate contractual risks to inform Legal Counsel to propose mitigation strategies use pre-approved language modifications for negotiations.</li>\n <li>Facilitates internal contract review process</li>\n <li>Collaborates with Contract Administrators to ensure incorporation of any necessary revisions to contract prior to signature</li>\n <li>Ensures that all necessary elements of contract are included prior to distribution, including any supplemental forms or insurance requirements</li>\n <li>Coordinates execution of approved contracts</li>\n <li>Provide guidance on contract requirements during bidding and procurement processes </li>\n <li>Maintains accurate contract logs on CobbleStone</li>\n <li>Maintains contract status reports</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors Degree in business, legal studies, construction management or JD preferred (no license necessary)</li>\n <li>2-5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in construction management, engineering, or architectural industry</li>\n <li>Familiarity with key contract types</li>\n <li>Knowledge of key issues related to public contracting, contract terms, and pricing</li>\n <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required</li>\n <li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li>\n <li>Ability to properly and efficiently manage projects and other functions as assigned within area of responsibility.</li>\n <li>Must possess time-management skills needed to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products is required</li>\n <li>Experience with Cobblestone Systems for contract lifecycle management preferred. </li>\n <li>Provide all services and objectives to ensure the quality of Vanir’s services</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<p>Vanir offers a comprehensive, competitive benefits package that includes 401(k) Savings with employer matching contributions, medical, dental, vision, health savings account (HSA) with employer contributions, life, AD&D and disability benefits, flexible spending account (FSA), voluntary benefits, Teladoc, pet insurance, paid time off, national employee assistance program (EAP) and employee referral program.</p>\n<h2>How to Apply</h2>\n<p>If you're interested in working for Vanir please visit our website to learn more and to apply online at www.vanir.com.</p>\n<p>   </p>\n<p>VEVRAA Federal Contractor</p>\n<p>Request Priority Protected Veteran Referrals</p>\n<p>EOE Minorities/Females/Protected Veterans/Disabled</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Contact Email: [email protected]</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Persons with medical limitations may, with reasonable accommodations, be capable of performing the duties of this position.
