line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.</span></p><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Permanent Position.</span></p><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous performance improvement of the CHHA.</span></p><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Active, unencumbered NYS RN license.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">2+ years CHHA clinical experience.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Strong knowledge of CHHA regulations (federal, state, DOH) and Medicare CoPs (documentation, visit frequency, billing).&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Proven experience reviewing clinical records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">OASIS data experience and its impact on quality reporting and reimbursement.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Apply Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs) to daily operations, verifying appropriate documentation, visit frequency, and billing practices.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Conduct ongoing clinical record reviews for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and regulatory compliance; implement corrective actions as needed.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Oversee OASIS data collection processes; validate data quality and timeliness to support accurate quality reporting and reimbursement.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Monitor quality metrics, analyze trends, and develop/execute performance improvement plans; track outcomes and report results to leadership.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">Prepare the agency for surveys and audits; coordinate readiness activities, mock surveys, and staff education.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white;
