Our service division is expanding, and we are<br>looking for a driven Service Sales Specialist to help grow recurring service accounts, equipment<br>upgrades, and repair revenue.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span><br>The Service Sales Specialist is responsible for generating revenue for the A Oasis Service Division by<br>selling maintenance programs, equipment repairs, and upgrades. This role works directly with<br>homeowners to evaluate pool systems, identify issues, and recommend solutions that improve<br>performance, safety, and longevity.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span><br>• Sell weekly pool service and maintenance contracts<br>• Identify and sell equipment repairs and replacements<br>• Convert service calls into larger upgrade opportunities<br>• Upsell automation, lighting, heaters, pumps, and energy-efficient equipment<br>• Generate renovation leads for the construction division<br>• Meet homeowners onsite to evaluate pool equipment and conditions<br>• Provide professional recommendations and proposals<br>• Track leads and manage pipeline within the CRM</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Performance Metrics (KPIs)</span><br>• Monthly service contracts sold<br>• Monthly repair and equipment sales revenue<br>• Lead response time and conversion rate<br>• Average ticket value per service call<br>• Renovation leads generated for the construction division</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ideal Candidate</span></p>\n<p>• Sales experience in pool service, HVAC, plumbing, home services, or construction<br>• Strong ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions<br>• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and explaining technical issues<br>• Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads and projects</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Personal Traits</span><br>• Driven and motivated by performance-based income<br>• Professional and trustworthy with homeowners<br>• Technically curious and willing to learn pool equipment<br>• Organized and responsive with communication<br>• Competitive and goal-oriented</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span><br>This position includes a base salary of $50,000 – $100,000 depending on experience, plus commission<br>on service contracts, equipment sales, and repair upgrades.
