This role will oversee project controls activities associated with scheduling, cost management, forecasting, reporting, change management, risk analysis, and program performance monitoring across complex capital improvement projects.</span><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span>The Project Controls Manager will work closely with project managers, construction managers, contractors, consultants, client representatives, and executive leadership to help ensure projects are effectively monitored and managed throughout all phases of project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills with extensive experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or public sector sans-serif\"><span> 8–15 years of project controls experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, aviation, transportation, or public sector capital improvement programs</span><br><span>• Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership or management experience overseeing project controls functions or teams</span><br><span>• Strong knowledge of project controls methodologies including scheduling, cost control, forecasting, earned value management, change management, and risk analysis</span> <br><span>• Extensive experience developing and managing baseline schedules, project budgets, cash flow projections, and performance reporting systems</span> <br><span>• Experience supporting complex multi-phase construction programs in active operational environments preferred</span> <br><span>• Strong understanding of project delivery methods, construction sequencing, and capital program management practices</span> <br><span>• Experience reviewing contractor schedules, schedule updates, recovery schedules, time impact analyses, and cost forecasts</span> <br><span>• Ability to analyze project performance data and identify trends, risks, schedule impacts, and cost variances</span> <br><span>•
