Your day-to-day will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">LLM-Assisted Development</span> — Writing, reviewing, and shipping code using LLM tools as a core part of your workflow. This means prompting effectively, evaluating generated output critically, and owning every line that goes into production.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Backend API Development</span> — Building, testing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Database Work</span> — Writing and optimizing PostgreSQL queries for performance and reliability.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Frontend Development</span> — Implementing layouts, styling, and UI components with attention to responsive design, CSS architecture.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client-Side Routing &amp; State</span> — Managing frontend navigation, tracking, and data flow between views.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Progressive Web App (PWA) Support</span> — Contributing to our PWA capabilities including service worker configuration, caching strategies, and offline behavior.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Code Quality</span> — Writing clear documentation, maintaining organized codebases, and participating in code reviews.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What Success Looks Like After One Year</span></p>\n<p>A standout engineer at Nectar after one year has made LLM-assisted development second nature: you plan your approach, prompt with intent, validate output against edge cases, and own every line that ships. You complete full-stack tasks efficiently, and the depth and independence you bring to that work are what distinguish your level. You stay current with best practices, proactively identify improvements, and approach problems with curiosity.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Experience</span></p>\n<p>We don't expect one person to check every box, but here's what the ideal background looks like:</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI-Assisted Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Practical experience coding with LLM tools (plan mode, agentic workflows, prompt engineering).
