As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)-DDA Adult Services, you will play a critical role in transforming lives, designing and delivering evidence-based interventions that drive meaningful progress, independence, and dignity for adults with developmental disabilities. This is more than a clinical role, it’s an opportunity to shape outcomes, elevate staff capability, and influence the quality of care across programs. What You’ll Do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skill assessments, and preference assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support and skill-acquisition plans Analyze behavioral data to guide treatment decisions and measure outcomes Provide coaching, training, and support to direct support staff and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with program teams, families, guardians, and external stakeholders Ensure documentation and clinical services meet regulatory, funding, and BACB ethical standards Support quality assurance efforts and continuous improvement initiatives Respond professionally to behavioral service concerns, questions, and grievances Participate in interdisciplinary and interagency meetings as needed What Sets You Apart You’re not just technically strong..you are: A relationship builder who can influence teams and gain trust A problem solver who thrives in complex, real-world situations A coach and developer of people , not just a clinician A data-driven thinker who connects insights to outcomes A professional with sound judgment, calm under pressure, and strong ethical grounding Qualifications Required Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Preferred Experience Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs Experience in community-based, residential, or adult service settings Strong data analysis, documentation, and clinical assessment skills Experience training and coaching direct care staff Work Environment & Expectations Work across homes, day programs, and community settings Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and strong prioritization Some travel required between locations NCIA offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package designed to support both professional growth and personal well-being, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, generous paid time off, credit union membership, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
