They prioritize personnel and food safety at all times.</p>\n<p>This is a floating role which will be responsible for training new hire on both night shift roatations. This role is also responsible for covering other team leader vacations and LOA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>What FGF Offers</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>FGF believes in Home Grown Talent, accelerated career growth with leadership training, unleashing your potential  </li>\n <li>Competitive Compensation, Health & Welfare Benefits including Vision & Dental and flexible options at competitive premiums  </li>\n <li>401k matching program </li>\n <li>Discount program - Restaurants, gyms, shopping, etc. </li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead by example and foster an environment of mutual respect and teamwork</li>\n <li>Follow and enforce Company standards, at all times, to ensure a safe working environment is maintained </li>\n <li>Supervise and assign daily tasks of crew in accordance with team member training and staffing levels </li>\n <li>Check throughout shift to ensure that cleaning methods are meeting safety and environment standards</li>\n <li>Conduct pre-shift huddles and provide feedback for Team Members</li>\n <li>Lead, coach, and mentor Team Members on various machine cleaning procedures and best practices</li>\n <li>Complete Performance Evaluations, with constructive feedback, for Team Members</li>\n <li>Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation records</li>\n <li>Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Production departments to ensure best cleaning / sanitizing practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 2 years of supervisory experience with industrial sanitation (preferably in a food manufacturing environment) </li>\n <li>Must be a demonstrated leader and motivator</li>\n <li>Trustworthy and able to work independently with minimal supervision</li>\n <li>Able to manage stress and personnel issues</li>\n <li>Must have working knowledge of: HACCP/FSMA, food industry GMP’s, BRC standards, WHMIS, first aid, basic food safety / microbiology, LOTO, and OHSA </li>\n <li>Able to work in a cold, hot, humid, or wet environment </li>\n <li>Must be a creative problem solver (able to think outside the box) and detail oriented</li>\n <li>Passion about sanitation and its importance to safety and quality of manufactured food products</li>\n <li>Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?</u></strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
