Work effectively and courteously with fellow team members.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"3\" type=\"1\"><li>Supervise processes and programs to effectively control and reduce loss time injuries.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"4\" type=\"1\"><li>Controls staffing levels to ensure optimum service levels and timely completion of tasks while maintaining and controlling costs through supervising employees and effective delegation of duties.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"5\" type=\"1\"><li>Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"6\" type=\"1\"><li>Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"7\" type=\"1\"><li>Assist Facilities Manager with the successful operations of the Facilities Department.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"8\" type=\"1\"><li>Assist other departments to assure the success of Facilities and the company overall.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"9\" type=\"1\"><li>Reviews and maintains ADA Building codes.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"10\" type=\"1\"><li>Responsible for general maintenance of all Company owned facilities and the property itself.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"11\" type=\"1\"><li>Perform maintenance as instructed by the Facilities Manager.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"12\" type=\"1\"><li>Work effectively and courteously with guests and fellow employees.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"13\" type=\"1\"><li>Advanced knowledge of the HVAC systems, generator and fire safety systems.&nbsp;</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"14\" type=\"1\"><li>The ability to identify, diagnose and repair items related to maintenance of the facilities.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"15\" type=\"1\"><li>Identify the need for and perform advanced to expert level painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other projects relating to the maintenance of the property.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"16\" type=\"1\"><li>&nbsp;Assist in creating and maintaining a preventative maintenance program.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"17\" type=\"1\"><li>Operate all types of hand tools, power tools and machinery as may be necessary.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"18\" type=\"1\"><li>Use chemicals in a safe manner utilizing all safety precautions.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"19\" type=\"1\"><li>Operate lifts and company equipment in a safe manner.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"20\" type=\"1\"><li>Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"21\" type=\"1\"><li>Responsible for alerting supervisory personnel of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place or that may occur.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"22\" type=\"1\"><li>Complete special projects or other responsibilities as may be determined.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"23\" type=\"1\"><li>Adhere to regulatory, departmental and Company policies in an ethical manner and require others to do the same.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"24\" type=\"1\"><li>Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to define situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel.
