    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and student-centered French  Teacher to join our Secondary Languages Department on a part-time basis. (for 12 teaching hours) The successful candidate will teach French within the MYP, fostering students’ language acquisition skills and intercultural understanding. The ideal candidate will create engaging and meaningful learning experiences that support students in developing communication skills, cultural awareness, and a love for languages. They will contribute to a collaborative teaching environment aligned with the philosophy of the International Baccalaureate.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #434343; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Plan and deliver engaging French lessons aligned with the IB Middle Years Programme Language Acquisition framework.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support students in developing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both languages.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and language practice.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and proficiency levels of students.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Use formative and summative assessment strategies aligned with MYP assessment criteria.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide timely feedback to support student progress and language development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Foster intercultural understanding and appreciation of French speaking cultures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with colleagues within the Languages Department and contribute to curriculum planning where required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Experience</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree in French , Modern Languages, Education, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or teaching license) preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience teaching French  to secondary students is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience teaching within the IB Middle Years Programme or other international curricula is advantageous.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Native or near-native proficiency in French  is strongly preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
