Description

ATA Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Legal Support Specialist to work a short-term assignment in Little Rock, AR . This role is in-person, short term, Monday- Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm, $15.00 an hour . Please review the job summary below for more information. We look forward to working with you! Job Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Review and record incoming appeals for employee grievances and other programs. 2. Process incoming documents and correspondence for court and legal action. 3. Answer phones and contact parties or customers regarding questions or issues related to employee grievances and other programs. 4. Receive and process requests for parties regarding hearings for employee grievances and other programs. 5. Issue and process subpoenas. 6. Draft various legal memorandum and documents regarding hearings for employee grievances and other programs. 7. Prepare faxes, copies, file and mail materials in a timely manner to comply with internal office practices and state and federal laws and regulations.
